We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on screen.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location and courier.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any customs, duties, or local taxes if ordering internationally.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email hello@monikathelabel.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Sale or sample items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
