Shipping Policy

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

Dispatched from our London studio, your order is handled with the same care that goes into every Monika design. We're a small independent label — no warehouses, no mass packing lines, just beautiful pieces sent straight from us to you.

Shipping times below are based on dispatch date. A tracking link will be sent to you via email once your order is on its way.


UK SHIPPING

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days): £3.99

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days): £5.99

We currently ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or during UK bank holidays will be packed the next working day.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time: 3-7 working days from dispatch.

Cost: £25.99 (Converted into your local currency at checkout)

Please note: Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee and may apply upon arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

All prices on our website are listed in GBP and do not include local duties or taxes. If you're ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to VAT, import fees, or handling charges. These are set by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

We understand unexpected fees can be frustrating — we’re working towards offering duties and taxes at checkout soon. In the meantime, we recommend checking your local customs website for more information before placing your order.


REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, refusal by the recipient, or unclaimed delivery, a £20 handling and restocking fee will be deducted.

Please note: we do not issue refunds for rejected international orders. Once the items are returned to us and inspected, you will receive a store credit to the value of your order (minus the £20 fee), issued via email.

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected. Please note: in these cases, we are unable to offer a cash refund. Instead, a store credit to the value of your order (minus the fee) will be emailed to you.
