We ship worldwide! <3
How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all orders with 24 - 48hrs.
For UK deliveries please allow 3-5 working days posted with Royal Mail.
For European & Rest of the World delivery please allow 5-7 workings days posted with DHL Express
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included, so please from your local customs office on any extras you might have to pay.

How much does shipping cost?
UK Standard Shipping £4.99 via Royal Mail
International Shipping £19.99 via DHL Express
Where is my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a shipped order email including a tracking number. Feel free to email us athello@monikathelabel.comif you require any further assistance and we’ll help you out!
Can I make any changes after I place my order?
If you’ve already placed an order, we aren’t able to make changes, but drop us an email at hello@monikathelabel.comand we’ll help out as best we can.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Not quite right?
No hard feelings! If you’re not loving your order, you’ve got 14 days to return it for a full refund.
To arrange a return, just email us at hello@monikathelabel.com. Return shipping is at your cost, so we recommend using Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery (UK) or DHL Express (International) to ensure it gets back to us safely.
Items returned after 14 days are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
Please note:
- Returns must be in new condition, with tags attached and in original packaging
- We do not accept returns on sale items. These are only eligible for exchange or credit note
Can I exchange my order?
At the moment we only offer exchanges on UK orders. You have up to 14 days to send us an email at hello@monikathelabel.comand we can arrange an exchange for you.
How long does it take to process a return?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of delivery, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Credit/debit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear. If your refund is delayed, please contact us at hello@monikathelabel.com.
I think my item is faulty, what do I do?
If you’ve received a faulty item, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, product details, and clear photos of the fault so we can resolve it quickly for you.
Can I Return Sale Items?
We do not accept returns on sale items. These are only eligible for exchange (UK only) or credit note (Worldwide).

Where do you produce?
Our pieces are thoughtfully crafted in the UK and Hungary, where we work closely with trusted partners who ensure fair pay and respectful working conditions. Only good energy goes into every stitch.
Do you have any stores?
We’re exclusively online at the moment but we’ll make sure you know when we open our first store!
What sizes do you stock?
Our size options vary between products so be sure to check individual products but we currently stock anywhere from XXS to XL. You can also find more specific sizing info in our size guide. Or email us at hello@monikathelabel.com where we can provide you with further assistance.

We’re so sorry we don’t currently stock your size. As an independent brand, we’re committed to expanding our size range as we grow.
