If you’re not feeling your order, you have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund. *

This includes the time your package takes to reach us. We recommend making your return within 7 days to ensure the fastest possible processing time.

Returning an item

To return an item, please email us at hello@monikathelabel.com to arrange.

You’ll have to cover the fees so we recommend using Royal Mail’s Signed For service to make sure it arrives safely.   

We can only accept returns on items that are in new condition with their tags still attached.

Gotta keep all that original packaging on.
