We ship worldwide via the guys at Royal Mail. And sometimes DHL depending on the country. We aim to send out every order within 48 hours.

+ How long does shipping take?

UK deliveries take 3-5 working days European delivery takes 5-7 workings days Rest of the world takes 7-14 working days Import duties, taxes and charges are not included, so get the lowdown from your local customs office on any extras you might have to pay. Please also note shipments to some countries may be subject to delays due to the impact of COVID-19

Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a shipped order email including a tracking number. Feel free to email us at hello@monikathelabel.com if you require any further assistance and we’ll help you out!

+ What is your returns policy?

If you’re not feeling your order, you have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund. No hard feelings. To return an item, please email us at hello@monikathelabel.com to arrange. You’ll have to cover the fees so we recommend using Royal Mail’s Signed For service to make sure it arrives safely.

We can only accept returns on items that are in new condition with their tags still attached. Gotta keep all that original packaging on.

+ Can I exchange my order?

Totally! You have up to 14 days to send us an email at hello@monikathelabel.com and we can arrange an exchange for you.

+ I’ve placed my order. Can I make changes to it?

If you’ve already placed an order, we aren’t able to make changes, but drop us an email at hello@monikathelabel.com and we’ll help out as best we can.

+ Where is Monika The Label made?

Our clothing is manufactured in one North London factory. The workers are paid well and are always treated fairly. Good vibes only go into our clothes.

And all our tees are printed by the gals over at Wild & Kind in Glasgow, Scotland. They provide an ethical direct to garment printing service using only 100% organic or recycled garments.

+ How is Monika The Label sustainable?

Protecting the planet is a pretty big deal. So we take it seriously. We spend up to six months creating each one of our seasonless collections. We believe in zero waste so we try to never create more than we need. This means our pieces are limited. But that just makes them special.

If we ever do have any fabric offcuts, we always donate them to charity or turn them into exclusive Monika the Label bandanas, scrunchies and face masks.

By working with UK-based teams instead of using international factories, we lower our carbon emissions and support British business.

We create most of our pieces from Regenesis Light Satin, an OEKTO TEX-certified material made from recycled plastic bottles. Occasionally we use silk satin and pure organic cotton jersey too. If we want printed designs we do it digitally, using Azo dye-free inks that are water-based and non-toxic. No where near as toxic as that bass player you used to date.

+ How do you package your orders?

Every order we send out arrives at your door in fully recyclable packaging. From the delivery box down to the pink ribbon we use to attach our hang tags. Our recyclable paper stickers are also FSC certified and printed with non toxic soy ink.

All orders now come packaged in eco-friendly Hydropol™️ Garment Bags. These special bags are compostable, biodegradable and recyclable. They cause no harm to marine life or the environment, leaving behind only harmless biomass. You can also dissolve the bags for yourself in hot water for immediate disposal.

We recommend to either reuse our packaging for your own personal use (we don’t stamp any branding on the box other than one brand sticker you can remove) or take it to your nearest recycling point. Don’t be throwing us in the bin baby!

Micro-plastics are annoying af when they enter our water supply. We recommend the Guppyfriend Washing Bag to wash your MTL garms. They prevent microplastic fibres from entering oceans and rivers through the washing of synthetic textiles.

Easy to use, Guppyfriend reduces fibre shedding and protects your clothes in the wash. They also filter the few fibres that do break which collect in the corner of the wash bag and can be easily removed and disposed of.

+ How do I wash my Monika the Label garment?

All our garments made from Regenesis Light Satin and Viscose can be washed on cold/30 degrees in the washing machine. Make sure to hang out to air dry immediately. By washing on cold and not using a tumble dryer, you’re also lowering your carbon emissions.

Our silk garments are little bit more delicate and need some extra care so please dry clean!

+ What sizes do you stock?

Our size options vary between products so be sure to check individual products but we currently stock anywhere from XS to XL. You can also find more specific sizing info in our size guide. Or email us at hello@monikathelabel.com where we can provide you with further assistance.

+ When will you offer my size?
